With a wide range of modalities, (i.e. Swedish, Deep Tissue, Polarity, Reflexology, Sports Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, etc.), your massage should not only meet your expectations, it should EXCEED them.
The design of your massage/bodywork may range from light touching for relaxation massage. While deep tissue, will be be a combination of both lighter touch and stronger,deeper work. This will depend on variables such as your exact type(s) of muscular tension, physical condition, injuries, etc. I custom tailor your personal bodywork session to your specific needs, preferences, and body type. And since every BODY is different, every MASSAGE should be different. I always use my padded massage table. I cannot perform a proper, professional massage on the floor or a bed nor do I want to injure myself in the process.

Our massages are generally what are considered "Full-Body", with the exception of 30 minute treatments, which are an area specific massage (i.e. neck & shoulders or lower legs & feet or back & upper legs, etc.). We work on any area allowed by law,(and our clients and training) not just what is or isn't allowed by "corporate policy".
